THE STOCK: Yamana Gold Inc

THE RESULTS: The complete history of all Closed Positions is maintained indefinitely in the Position Tracker for each portfolio.  The Tracker data becomes the SysCW evidence manual over time. The results are the results, which means subscribers can gleam the historical merits of the process as the results include all positions . . .  not just the 'pretty' ones.  

COMMENTS: By doing 'the math' ahead of time, the writer knew the outcome of this position if the initial call options were assigned. Actually, the position generated $17 less than anticipated due to the fact that one contract was exercised three days early.  Experience tells me that this was due to the significant market sell off during expiration week.

The stock traded below $10 and above $17 during the holding period. The value of any position will vary during the duration.  This is the one aspect of investing that no one can control. The best approach is diversification, with the understanding that no matter how much one researches companies, some will appreciate, and some won't! Accepting the nobody knows approach  allows writers to focus on being paid because stock in owned in a Portfolio.
